Error #-601: file extension error. >> while using iphone to upload photos

hi,

there is error when i upload photos from the iPhone gallery to the website. when i do that in pc everything is good and working well.

the error appears as: Error #-601: file extension error.

i tried to change and made sure that the file types are correct ! i dont know whats the matter !

Sorry for late, can you please share your file types setting’s you have given in meta?

file types are : jpg,png,zip,rar

please help ASAP i need to get the website up and running
