When you try to upload a jpg or any other file that i have in the backend you gen an error either #200 http error. Or you cannot upload this file at this time refresh tbe page or try angain later. This issue seems random. One day it works then 4 days it does not. Same file same product. I need a fix for this. And it seems that i am not the only person with this problem.
Also if you are logged in you dont get the error.October 21, 2021 at 1:11 pm #121588nmedia
KeymasterHi MATEI,
it seems an issue with your server because sometimes the server does not accept/respond against file upload requests. You have to better check your site settings for the contact hosts.

ParticipantI am not the only person to have this problem. What settings i need to check?

ParticipantI am having the same problem. This is not a server problem. Your plugin is broken. In my original post I sent you folks the console.log trace. Did anyone look at it? Can anyone there answer the question about rolling back to an earlier version?

ParticipantJohn i tried to install version 19.0.0 but it didnt fix it. Does your plugin work intermitent? One day it works one day it does not or it does not work at all. Mine it works one day and one day it does not work. Or even after one hour.
However if i do something in my plugin list for example i update a mod it works, then after a bit it doesnt. This is random as well.
Its frustrating because its random so i cant troubleshoot…I have seen at least one more person having the same problem.

ParticipantMATEI, It really was not intermitent that I can tell. Doesn’t work at all for file uploads with unauthenticated users at the moment. The spinner just spins. It is not a server issue.
If I learn anything though I will definitely share. This is a very frustrating issue for us as well.

ParticipantMATEI, Ok so what I found was that I had a plugin that I think is causing the issue. I downloaded a special plugin called “woocommerce edit order numbers”, so that I could update old order numbers. Deactivating that seemed to do the trick for me. Best of Luck to you

ParticipantJohn, I hope this did the trick but check regularly if the issue comes back. I tried this too deactivating and activating plugins and it seemed to work. But after a bit the problem came back. After updating a few plugins it seemed to work fine. But it didnt.
But i hope it did worked for you. If not please write back.-

KeymasterHi folks,
Like I said before this issue is related to site plugin, hosting or some settings. Otherwise there is not any issue at our end.
Glad to your issues resolved.

ParticipantHello,
Thanks for your reply. So that plugin that does not work with your PPOM PRO file upload plugin, does work with other file upload plugins. So I just switched to another plugin, by passing your plugin entirely. That was ultimately my fix. Best of Luck.
