I am using your plugin on https://memoriesaroundus.com/shop/ to have a complex ordering questionnaire for a personalized product. We have allowed for customers to upload photos that will be used in the final product. However those photos are not coming through in their orders.
Could you please advise on how to access those uploaded files?
Shows that the user uploaded a photo, however it doesn’t have a way to download it anywhere.
The order receipt email that is automatically generated also does not include the photo.It looks like perhaps the upload file meta to the email template is missing.
Please let me know how to correct this issue. Thank you!

I received login detail but don’t enough rights to see plugin meta settings. Please grant me admin rights.
I have downloaded the new plugin and placed a test order and still seem to be having the same issue. No photo is available to download even though one was uploaded in the ordering process.

which version you have downloaded from client portal? It should be 6.9. also share site URL here.
It has been uploaded to 6.9 as previously suggested. The URL not has changed from the beginning of this thread. It is still https://memoriesaroundus.com/shop/. The username and password are also still the same as when this thread was started over a week ago.
They are now showing up on the backend of the website. Is it possible to have that come through on the “New Customer Order” emails that are sent when an order is made?
